To successfully complete the RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) process and obtain the Professional Hunting qualification, please follow the steps below to ensure all required documentation is accurately submitted.

Phase A: Learner Registration

1. Complete the Learner Registration Document

• Fill out all three pages of the Learner Registration Document.
• Save the completed document in PDF format.
• Sign page 3 (Learner Signature Document) with a black pen.

2. Submit the Following Documentation Electronically:

• Certified ID Copy:
  – Provide a certified copy of your ID.
  – For Smart ID Cardholders, ensure both the front and back of the card are included.
• Certified Copy of Highest School Qualification:
• Submit one of the following:
• National Senior Certificate (Matric Certificate)
• Certificate or record of the highest grade completed in high school
• SAPS Affidavit or sworn statement detailing your school name, town, year, and level achieved.

• Additional Documentation:
• PH Certificate from a recognized hunting school.
• Provincial Professional Hunter Registration/Licence.

Please ensure all documents are either scanned in PDF format or submitted as hard copies if required.
